Introduction

Hi! I'm Jesse and this is my first entry on my very first blog...EVER.

I was born in Santa Monica, but raised in Utah. I was involved in the performing arts for many years until I decided to switch and go into theatrical designing, which has led me to the path of the Lighting Designer. I have done lots of work in lighting and make-up design in and out of my undergrad program at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. And I'm now studying lighting design here, at Calarts.

What I'd like to get out of this course (Foundations of 3D Animation with Cinema 4D)? I guess, mostly just a better understanding of how Cinema 4D works, and understanding that knowing more about can help me in my future career. I've taken a course that briefly went over the basics, but my knowledge (and retention of that knowledge) is limited, so I definitely need a refresher.

I look forward to learning more in this course!
